🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return/refund under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  2. The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  1. Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  2. Products without original packaging/tags
  3. Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
  4. Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)


📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and issue details
  2. Share clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping


💳 Refund Process

  1. After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
  2. Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  3. Refund timeline: 5–7 business days


🚚 Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable
  2. If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost


🔁 Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may also request a replacement for eligible products.
