- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

📦 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your Order ID and issue details
- Share clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping
💳 Refund Process
- After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost
