📝 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup, or
- Guide you on how to ship the product back
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost
- In other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable
🔍 Inspection & Approval
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt
- Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected
