At Accezory, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.


📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  2. The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  1. Used or worn products
  2. Items without original packaging or tags
  3. Personal care / hygiene products (if applicable)
  4. Products marked as non-returnable or final sale


📝 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue
  3. Share images (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup, or
  2. Guide you on how to ship the product back


🚚 Return Shipping

  1. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  2. In other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable


🔍 Inspection & Approval

  1. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt
  2. Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected


🔁 Replacement Option

You may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
